RESOLUTION ORDERIF,-. PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
2nd day of November, 1970. The following members were present:

Mayor Hilde. Councilman Johnson, Hints, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one f
was absent. !

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-464

WHEREAS, it is petitioned by the residents to install a sever
extension to 32nd and 33rd and Jonquil Lana and &*was the abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement. pursuant i
p �
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111. i
i NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE Of
PLTMDUTHs
1I "That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
! in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be wads as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and F
the estimated cost of the improvement a recommend." {{
A The motion vas seconded by Councilman Hint: and upon vete being taken �
j tnereon. the following voted in favor of the motions Mayor KIM.
ji Councilman Johnson, Hints. Kindath and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
