MINUTES OF VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
February 6, 1969
A special meeting of the Village Council of the Villag4 of Plymouth,
Minnesota was called to order by Mayor Hilda at 7:30 P.M. on
February 6, 1969, in the auditorium of the Wayzata Senior High Sd%oole
PRESENT: Mayor Hilda, Councilman _ iago r , HumoA.- * a Hintz and Johnson e
Administrator Splinters Engineer Bonestroo, James Hafner
of Juran a Moody,. Inc. and A,.toriey Rokenson.
ABSENT: None.
Mayor Hilda advised that the purpose of the meeting was to conduct a
public hearing on the extension of sanitary sewer and water service
into the Southwest area of the Village. It was ascartatned that
pudic Notice had been published in the legal publication of the
Village and that mailed notices had been sent to all property owners
effected. The Axayor further announced that a court reporter was
present who was taking down the proceedings of the hearing. That,
these p:-oceedings would be transcribed and that the Council would,
study thi= following the conclusion of the hearing. T a transcript
of tho proceedings# it was indicated, would be made an official part:
of the minutes of the meeting and a copy of said transcript would be'
placed on file in the Village hall.
Accordingly the proceedings of the meeting are set out in the
transcript and are not set out herein.
All persons who desired to be beard va the subject of the extension
of sanitary sewer service and water mains to the Souetwest portion of,
the Village were hazard and their remarks are a part of the transcript.
After all parr onB deAring to be heard had been so heard :mayor Hilda
declared that there was no furthar business to be brought before the
meeting and upon motion duly made, seconded and unanijacusly carried
it was adjourned at „ or abo'ut the hour of 12:30 A.M.

of Juran a Moody, Inc. and Attorney Hokenson.

Mayor Hilda advised that the purpose of the meeting was to conduct a
public hearing on the extension of sanitary sewer and water service

PRRSENT: Mayor Hilae, Cowicilmen Hagen, Humphrey, Hints and Johnson.
Administrator Splinter, Engineer Bonestroo, James Hefner
of Juran 6 Moody, Inc. and Attorney Hokenson,
ABSENT: None.
Mayor Hilda advised that the purpose of the meeting was to conduct a
public hearing on the extension of sanitary sewer and water service
