A regular meeting of the V!llage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was called to order by mayor Al Hilde, Jr. at 1:45 P.111. on January 13, 1969.
The Honorable Judge Leslie of the: Hennepin County ,iuntelpal Court administered
the Oath of Office to Councilman, Edward R. ilintz wherejpon Councilman 11intz
took his place at the Council table.
Present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Rageno,llumphrey, Jornsun and 11intz.
Attorney Lefler, Engineer Bonestroo and Administrator Splinter.
Absent: none
MINUTES
Councilman,Humphrey, second by Councilman Hagen moved to approve the RE: 11t1nu ea of

Co. was dui: to difficulties the Feinberg Dist. Co. ha:c in Golden
Valley and the individual council members felt the odor could
not be removed completely.
Page 4: 1st Paragraph - Reason for adopting Resolution #69-2 was because
the property owners in the area were unable to get together in
order to effectuate the Village's pcoposal, and because some of
the property has come under common ownership thus eliminating
some of the objections to the standard locations.
Page 4: CCC. Appointments - Change Police assignment to 'Thomas Humphrey
Page 5: Appointee to STA b SSSC to be a Resolution #69-9 adoption.
Motion passed 5 aye vote.
RESOLUTION S OPWINANCE
Due to the lorge turnout of citizras with respect to the proposed ordin-
ance for hoofed animals it was decided a public henring, should be held
in this regard.
Councilman Humphrey, second by Councilman Hagen made a motioa to scat
June 16, 1969 .as n public hearing dite to discuss a proposed hoofed
animal ordinance, This date was picked because +t would ,allow time to
aualyae Rr:ring complaints. Motion passed 5 aye vote,
Mayor 11ilde left the 0uncil Chambers at 8:13 P.j'I, whrroupon Council-
man 11agen took over the :'zyor` s chair.

Councilman Hvinphrey, second by Councilman Johnson made a motion to
approve Z.ie request of Darrell N. Barnett of North Central Lightweight
Aggrccrate Cc-tpany to terminate the bond for maintenance of West Medicine
Lake Drive. Motion passed 4 aye vote.
The request by Honeyt ell, Inc. for clarification of sanitary sewer and
water aasessmentr on their research facility was discussed by Mr.
Bergerson and .he Council.
MOTION bt• Courcilman Humphrey, second by Johnson that this matter be
tabled for further study by the Engineer and Finance Director. Motion
passed 4 aye vote. A report from the Engineer should be forthcoming
for the Febirurry 3rd Council meeting agenda.

Public Hearing; Notice date to be set at the January 27th meeting when
the above preliminary report is received from the Engineer.

Mayor Hilde reported on the meeting he attended with the Wayzata
school Board this evening. They agreed to sena to all villages,
within School District 112134 their agenda and minutes tc improve
communications. Upon request by MAyor Ililde they will also try
change one .of their meeting nights so it will not conflict with
regular council meeting dates,
