PLYMOUTH VILLAGE COUNCIL
MINUTES OF SPECIAL HEETING b
JANUARY 7. 1969
Mayor Hilde called the special meeting of the Village Council of Plymouth
to order at 7:45 P.M.
Present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey and Hager., Administrator Splinter,
Fiscal Agents Jim Olson, Jim Hafner and Wally Dornfeldt.
Mayor Hilde stated that the purpose of this meeting was to oper 'yids on
1,0:7,000.00 General Obligation Improvement BonJs for 1969. r .-ur HIlde
declar d the bidding closed and bids were ordered to be opened. The
Clerk opLoned the f ollovaing bids:

Piper, Jaffrey 5 Hopwuod - Net interest cost: $838,918.T7
Net interest rate: 5.44"06%
MOTION by Coui.cilman Hagen, second by Councilman Humphrey to adopt
RESOLUTION NO 69-15 AWARDING THE BONDS TO PIII&R, JAFFREY 6 HOPWOOD
AND 'rum ACCOUNT. Resolution passed 3 aye vote.
MOTION by Coun:ilman Hagen, second by Councilman Humphrey to adopt
RESOLUTION N0, 69-16 APPROVING THE FORM OF AONDS AND FIXING SINKING
FUNDS FOR THE LEPOSIT OF BUND PROCEEDS. Resolution passed 3 ay,
vote.
MOTION by Councilman Fiagen, second by Councilman Humphrey to change
the regularly scheduled third meetiog of the Council of January 20th
to January 27th, dura to i conflict in scheduling. fttion passed
3 aye vote.
10TION by Counc! lman liage:n, second by Gruncilman F{umphre;r to set the
salary of Linda Niemann for 1969 at $475.00 per month. Notion passed
3 aye vote,
11UTION by Councilman :lagan, second by Councilman Humphrey to adjourn
the meating at 9:40 p.m. Hotio;i passed 3 aye vote,
