Present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey and Hager., Administrator Splinter, Fiscal Agents Jim Olson, Jim Hafner and Wally Dornfeldt. The Clerk opLoned the f ollovaing bids: i Don Nuveen & Company - Net interest cost: $839,x`05.00 Net interest rate: 5.5576% Piper, Jaffrey 5 Hopwuod - Net interest cost: $838,918.T7 Net interest rate: 5.44"06% MOTION by Coui.cilman Hagen, second by Councilman Humphrey to adopt RESOLUTION NO 69-15 AWARDING THE BONDS TO PIII&R, JAFFREY 6 HOPWOOD AND 'rum ACCOUNT. Resolution passed 3 aye vote. MOTION by Coun:ilman Hagen, second by Councilman Humphrey to adopt RESOLUTION N0, 69-16 APPROVING THE FORM OF AONDS AND FIXING SINKING FUNDS FOR THE LEPOSIT OF BUND PROCEEDS. Resolution passed 3 ay, vote.
