VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of November, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one 4

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption.

RESOLUTION NO. 70-462
WHEREAS, a subdivision waiver was requested by the Northern Holding f
Company covering property between 21st and 23rd Avenues North in the ;

Circle Star Business Center,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance f66-1 of the Village of
j Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966 and filed on April 6, j
j 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
{ in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to, the
following described lands:
Tract A:

All of Lots 6 and 8 and the East 26.25 feet of hots 5 and
ii 9, all in block 2, Circle Star Business Center First
E1 Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Tract B:

The East 11.25 feet of Lots 4 and 10 and all of Lots 5
and 9 except the East 26.5 feet thereof, all in Block 2 #

., The motjon for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Nn one voted against.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. y

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a ?
regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held November 2,
1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is j
a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to a subdivision waiver for Lots 5, b, 8, 9 and Easterly 11.25 ft.
of Lots 4 and 10, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center First Addition.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 15th day of January, 1971.
