Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regii1+r ( tl} meeting
of the Village Council of the Villzye of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 2nd day of November , 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson. Hintz, )<indseth 6 Spaeth.
The following members were absent: none

Comleilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-161

The variance request sada by Mr. Bay M. Uscht as outlined above
with reference to a variance for a garage door and square feat for
garage construction is hereby denied.

The motion.for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilaw Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson,
Hints, Und"th and Spasth. _
