Purspant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (EwadxA) meeting
of the Village Council of the Pillage of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 20d day of November , 1970. The folioving members
were present:Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, KIndseth 6 Spaeth.
The follovring renbers tr..re absent: none
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION 1,10. 70-458
WHEPEAS, the Village of Plymouth submitted an application for
Lake Improvement Funds to assist them in the improvement of public
acnes to Medicine Lake.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYI!OLTA:
The grant of $6,468.75 from Hennepin County is hereby accepted for
the Village of Plymouth Lake Improvement Fund. The Village Manager is
hereby directed to enter into the necessary agreements with Hennepin
County for same.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by !Councilmen Hintz , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the follot,ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz Kindseth and Spaeth
The following voted a^,ainst none
The follotring abstained none
Whereupon the Pesolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
