Motion passed by a three aye vote. X01FION by Councilman Hu4hrey, second by Mayor Hile•e, to delete the north half of Mapledell from this improvement. Motion passed by a two aye vote. This was deleted because it wculd require an expensive trunk line. MOTION by Mayor Hilde, second by Councilman Humphrey, to direct the Administrator to write the owners of Mapledell First Addition to ascertain whether thlsy wish the area to be sf•rved by sanitary sewer. All deletions made from the southwest serer and water projects are for lateral service asbessmente, rot necessarily for area assessments. Mayor Hilde asked the Engineer if easement coats ,sre covered in his estimates made in the southwest preliminery report, and Mr. Bonestroo stated his contingency factors wer•i designed to cover the easement costs.
