HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-456E rl i ii VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH s �s f Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of November, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, 1 i ( Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent. {{� Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved i its adoption: i RESOLUTION N0. 70-456 A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SUBURBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY NURSING DISTRICT WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 145.08 and 145.12, "provision has boon made for a public health nursing district in that portion � jof Hennepin County outside the City of Minneapolis, and ! wHEREAS, pursuant to such authority such a public health nursing I district has been organized and has been in operation for several years, ! and WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to continue the operation of such nursing district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper operation NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF !i PLYMOUTH: That this political subdivision continue to be included in the public ;,health nursing district of Suburban Hennepin County, organized on IJanuary 4, 1952; that it participate in the benefits thereof, and that agrees support on an the licost ofthe oadministration of such disbasis trictprovided,ohowever. thatrat& shareffor ;'the period of January 1, 1971 through December 31, 1971, this cost shall ';not exceed 34q per capita on the basis of the last official census. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be deemed an agreement to continue to participate in such nursing district on the basis hereinbefore specified with all other political subdivisions adopting similar resolutions. The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Xindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
