MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
ViLLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
September 12, 1968
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held at
the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway #55i Plymouth, Minnesota,
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Al Hilde, Jr. at 7:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hagen, the Village Administrator,
Attorney and Engineer, and Mrs. James Olson of Juran and
bloody.
Absent: Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt and Humphrey (Out of town for
business and personal reasons).
Mayor Hilde requested the Council and those in attendare.-e to riso
for a moment of silent prayer.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Mayor Hilde stated this meeting was scheduled as a con-tinuation
of the public hearings held on August 8, 19689 for the purpose
of disseminating information regarding assessment amounts for the
extensions of the Northeast Interceptor Sanitary Sewer from 26th
Avenue to 36th Avenue on the east side of Mediciie Lake, and the
extension of the Northwest Interceptor Sanitary Sewer from 26th
Avenue at Plymouth Creek to Fernbrook Lane at Plymouth Creek.
Mayor Hilda declkxed that due to a lack of quorum, the public
hearings on the northeast and Northwest Sanitary Sewtar extensions
will be postponed to September 23, 1968, at 7:30 p.m.
Mayor Hilde further stated that an informal reviow c -f the Council's
assessment proceoses will occur at this timb if anyone present
wishes to remain.
