NOTION by Mayor Hilde, second by Councilman O'Fallon, to approve L 15'

passed by a three aye vote. Councilman Ragan voted nay.
Clifford lraser, Enterprise Properties request for installation of
street lighting in Gleanlech Acres. The Clark -Administrator stated
ttwi Council policy has always been to assess street lighting; N.S.P.
puts in :he lighting and the Village assesses ".e ea4<< on a yearly
bilis. The Village Engineer stated Enterprise Proportion would be
asmsed 1002 of the cost. The Clerk -Ade laistratoa recomwou"ed or-
dering a prallminary report from the Engineer.
