Why can't they follow the property line? The Village Engineer answered, "Soil borings indicate there is poor soil in the area along the Creek, thus malcing construction in that area too costly. (They can only go dorm 25 feet) Be doesn't think he will be able to maks it through another winter. Councilman Ragen said the Village ought to include the upgrading of Mot Kadicins Lnka Road as pest of -the re Es Interceptor swat project. No wanted to know if the Covenoll rill have the cost data for them at the next meeting. Ho was informed the Village would have the information.
