Pursuant to duos call and notice thereof. a spacial meting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held
at the V11140 Hail on the 10th day of July, 1968. at 7130 P.M.

Doran Barnes, Acting Clerk-Adsinlxtrator, Mr. James C.
Shaughnessy, Village Assessor, Mr. Robert Martto, Assist-
