Mr. Lefler, the Village Attorney, requested perwission to check out this particular item again with the Planning Com ission, Mr. Saws Clson, f+ginser, stated that there wars to be many small sub- divirions along the lake, something which has never been done before along Medicine Lake. The Council, therefore, decided after wore dis- cusgion, to refer this item back to the Clerk -Administrator to be referred back to the Planning Commission again. CAPacilman Hagan arrived at 9:05 p.m. Nancy Imphrey Covey regarding her request for approval of a Reg- istered Land Survey in the South 4 of Section 34. The Planning Commission has given its approval of the Registered Land Survey which was given to the Couuc:ll for its approval. The Council, therefore, took up the item that had been left off the Agenda. He felt any- body whose septic system is overflowing should hook up to the sani- tary saver.
