A regular meting of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor Al Hilde, Jr.
at 7:30 p.m.
Mayor Bilde requested the Council and those to attendance to rise for a moment of
shut prayer thanking God for the gift of a good Government.
Presentt Mayos Kilda, Councilmen Ragen, Hunt, Rm*hrey, O'Fallaa. the Village
Attorney, Mr. Lefler, and the Village ftgtneer. Mr. Bonestroo, the

Mayor Hilde opened an informal public hearing to consider the retoning RE: WON'M

Mr. Mandere,stated he had previously had drainage problems on the north
side of his lot and the Village had ;)rovided him with old culverts which
he installed. However, he is having further' problem on the south side
of his lot and wishes to install mord culverts. He stated this action
ust'he taken now because his lot'is washing away; %ts would gladly give
eaeemont rights if the culverts could be installed. The Administrator
