A spacial meeting of the VillaCe Ccumil was called to order by )wtyor
Al Hilda, Jr. at 7:10 p.m.
Present: Now Rilde, Councilmen, a'Fallon, Rumphrey, Hagen and Hunt, and

In between the interviews the Council discussed new ways of coordinating
and lightening the Council's administrative works load and shortening
their meetings. The Council agreed to set Up s system in wbioh individual
