and moved its' adoption:
RESOLtiTION NO. ?A-bS3
WHEF.FAS, request was made to approve final paysmnt for the
sewer and water improvement in Sunny Acres Addition.
NOW THERFFORr, BF. IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLACE COMM OF TltE
VILLAGE OF PLYPIOUTH:
It is hereby approved to make the•final payment for the Sunny
Acres surer and water improvement.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by rpunrilnn..jMbUson , and upon vote being taken thereon, ,
