A regular meeting of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor
Al Hilde, Jr. at 7:30 p.m..
Mayor Hilde requested the Council anis those in attendance to rWe for a
moment of silent prayer.

Administrator, Atlorney and Engineer,
Absent: Councilman Duntley.
MOTION by Councilman Hagen, second by Councilman Hunt, to approve the
minutes of the regular meeting of January 1968, with the following
corrections:
Page 2, paragraph 11 strike the words 'arid the compreheniiive guide
plan".
Page 3, paragraph 6, change "mors information will be available
about this organization" to "more inforn atiun will be available
about than Joi t Pcwers Agreement".
Page a, paragraph 4., add "'The reason for de,fLc,mant was stated rao a
need for a comprehensive thoroughfare study".
Page 7, pars.graph 4, add "Councilman Hunt abstained because no
minutes of the Park Commission ware available."
Motion to approve -rho i,dnutes as amended passu.' by a four aye vote.
Counciiman O'Fallon requested that the minutes be retyped and copies
submitted to the Council.

jacent property owners. Mr. Lee, Hennepi" County Highway De-
partment stated that they will provide access to the church
property in some manner or another.

a subdivision waiver in the Southeast 1/4 o2 Section 25 for their
proposed building. Myr. Taylor stated that they would like to pur-
ehase from the property owner to -the north, a tract of land tc be
used for the construction of a driveway to serve the office area to
South Shore Drive. They also requested the approval of the Council
on the entranoo to South Shore Drive and approval to rur. the pro-
posed roadway across the Village's sanitary sewer easement.

The Village Administrator reported on the plans for surfacing,
feleing, signing and lighting for Interptate 494 from Stats MighN.y
55 to the northern Limits of the Village. Councilman Hunt brought
urs the subiect of a road which the State of Minnesota had constructed
to give ecoess to property owners on the west side of Interstato 494
b4i County Road 47. He wait_d to know whose responsibility 4t is to
maintain and snow plow this -.i no one is plowing it at the pre-
sent tire. The Administrs jd that this road is on Minnasots
State highway Department r -way and is not dedicated to the

Building Code Advisory Commission, the well ordinance be amendsd to
read, "minimup well depth of 60 feet". Thi motion died fcr lack of
a second.
