and moved its' adoption:

the Birchwood Estates Addition,
NOW THTsRUORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY Tiili: VILIr1GT C01+':CIL OF THF
VTLI.AGF. OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to release the bond in the awount of
$1,000 for the Ecklund 6 Svedlund Birchwood Estates Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing F.esolution vas duly
seconded by Couoaijesn Spaash and upon vote being taken thereon,
the fel owina voted in favor thereofO,C„lde Councilmen Johnson,
