Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Piyaouth, Minnesota was held on the
.;2nd day of November, 1970. The following members were presents
!Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnsrn, hints, 6indeeth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

+� RESOLUTION NO. 70-449

{ WHEREAS, the Northern Holding Company. developers of Circle Star
Buoineas Center together with Preferred Builders requested site plan
,*approval for two industrial buildings on Lots 5, 6, S, 9 and parts of
;:Lots 4 and 10, Block 2, Circle Star Business Canter First Addition.

it NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL O! THE

2. Approval of the waiver of the subdivision regulations

«i The motion fortheadoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ,thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson,,
}Hints, ESndseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
