is Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd dap of November, 1970. The following webers were present:
Mayor Anda, Councilmen Johnson,' Hints, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one

Councilmen Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 70-449
WHEREAS, Mr. R. F. Kirkman, representing Minneapolis Industrial Park
requested'a subdivision waiver for lot* 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 1,
Minneapolis Industrial Park.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH*
1. That the requirements of Ordinance /66-1 of the Village of,
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1%6•, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497.
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating, to
this conveyance of parcels of land less than five (S) acre*

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints. and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson,
Hints, Lindseth and Spaeth. No ono voted against.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
