Pursuant to due call and ustiee thereof, a regular meting of the

Village Comeil of the Village of Vlymomth. Minnesota was held on the
19th day of October. 1970. The following members were present.
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnsen. [isiwth amd Spaeth. Councilman Hints

Councilman Rindsath introduced the following Resolution and moved

Approval is hereby made for the regular payroll for the period ending
October 13, 1970 amd the Coastructiom 6 Sinking Fuad for the period.

respectively.
,The motion for the adoption of the forepiag Resolution vas duly
seconded by Councilman Jobso m■ sed upon vete being taken thereon. the
following voted In favor tbarmcf: Cosneilman Johnson. Rindseth and
Spaeth and Mayor Hilda. IRs one voted against. Whereupon that Resolutiom
was declared duly passed and adopted.
