RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

19th day of October, 1970.

The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
ii Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman Hintz was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-446
Ii
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the
Village Council on October 7, 1970, recommending the storm sewer
f` improvement, Project 170-8,9-F, on the following streets, to -wit:
RLS 1236, Tract A (Shaper)
RLS 921, Tract A (Gruman)
RLS 1251, Tract A (Graybw Daniels)
RLS 151. Tract D and RLS 1254, Tract A (Gift House)
RLS 1254, Tract B
All of that area bounded by 10th Avenue, Nathan Lane, the
Chicago Northwest RR and County Road 118 except the
south 100 feet of the west 317.5 feet thereof and the
south 335.6 feet of the west 80 feet thereof; all in
the NEMC of the NEsc, Sec. 36, T.118, R.22.
The east 100 feet of the NWIc of the Wk, Sec. 36, T118,
R22 except the south 335.6 feet thereof.
The Chicago Northwestern ROW lying between County Road 118
and Nathan Lane
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED NY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
accordance with the report and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for ail or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to K.S.A. Sec.
429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the
improvement as shown.
The'motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Kindseth and Spaeth. No one abstained, no one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on October 19, 1970, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Project
070-8,9-F.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this second day of November, 1970.
