of the Village Council of the Villn,^e of Plymouth, Minnesota c-nas held
on the 19th day of October , 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth

Councilman Johnson introduced the followfiig Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-445
WTIEFLAS, approval has been requested for Change Order #4
In the amount of $917,00 on the contract for the Elevated Water Tank
work being done by the Pittsburgh -Des Moines Steel Company.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT IIERrBY RESOLVED BY TPE VILLAr.E COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYIT01?TH:
A Change Order #4 is hereby approved in the amount of $917.00
with Pittsburgh -Dee Moines Steel Company, 1015 Tuttle Street,
Des Moines, Iowa holding the contract for the Elevated Water
Tank installation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution -was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote heing taken thereon,,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Kindseth and Spaeth.

Whereupon the Pesolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
