RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the {
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of October. 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Kindseth and'Spaeth. Councilman Hintz was absent.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-444
WHEREAS, Mr. Gerald Roddy has requested that sewer and water be
installed in his Sunny Acres Third Addition including bituminous.curb
and gutters sad assess the abutting property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111
in accordance with the developer's agreement on said property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village 1,
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to
the Council With all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve-
ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement 11
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended." f
The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the motion
ties declared duly passed and adopted. #`

foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village

on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to improvements for Sunny Acres Additions
