Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (1gs®[ipci:) meeting I
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, 'Minnesota was held
on the 19th day of October , 1970. The follotaing members
were present! Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth b Spaeth
The folioreing members were absent: Counc'lman Hintz
Councilman Spaeth i
introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-441
SIMMS, John Wenner owner of the Party Mart Liquor Store at
Highway #101 and Highway.055 requested a variance of the sign ordinance.
14OW TREREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CMINC71, OF T}Ui
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to John Wenner to allow the sign painted
on the -aside of his liquor store to remain until November 1, 1971
after which time said sign is to be removed.
THe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded Uv Councilman Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth
The -following voted against none
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Pesolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
