Pursuant to dine call and notice thereof, a regular #=*) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota etas held
on the 19th day Of October , 1470. The following memhers
were prese.nt:_Mnor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson. Kindseth and Spaeth
The follovAng members were absent: Councilman Hintz
Councilman Kindseth lttttroduced the following Resolution
anr_' moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70-440
WHERIiAS, Reginald Kroskin requested a deferrment for part of the
assessment with a longer period in which to pay the assessment for
storm sewer, water and streets on Parcel 43727, Parcel 9000.

VILLAVY OF PLY"DiITH:
Approval is hereby granted to assess F. Kroskin on Flat 43727,
Parcel 6300 for storm sewer over a 20 year period; water over a-20
year period and defer the street assessment for 5 years and payable
within a 10 year period thereafter.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson
Kindseth and Spaeth
'the- following voted against none
The following abstained none
Wheroupon the Resolution was declared dull passed and adopted.
