Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re^ular fapandmW meeting,
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Mi.nnesnta was held
on the 19th day of October , 1970. The following members
were prevent:___ Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Johnson. Kindseth lr Spaeth
The foll.ouing memhers were absent: Councilman Hintz
Councilman Kindseth introduced the. following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
REsnLUTIOY NO. 70-439
IMERF.AS, Allen Kreatz has requested release of his $1,000 escrow,
fund bond covering completion of improvements in the Vicksburg Forest
Addition.

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby granted to release the $1.000 bond for Allen
Kreatz for Vicksburg Forest Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
.the following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, K ndseth and Spaeth
The following voted arninst none

Whereupon tete Resolution was declared duly passed and 2cnpted.
