Under this agreement the Village of Plymouth would give up the right to insist upon a blacktop road and in ,exchange the developers would agree to accept an assessment of $16,900 for a gravel road. This agreement would be on file at the Registrar of Deeds office so that all future buyere would be aware of this. MOTION by Trustee Hagen, second by Trustee Duntley, to adopt RFSOLU- TIUN NU. OmVs A }tLISOLUTIUN UR :1a IC PREPARATION OF REPORT ON I14PROVLKEW OF DUNKIRK LANK from the southern boundary of Maple - dell Addition to county Road 24. Motion passed by a four eye vote, Mayor Staples absent. Engineer's report received regarding the improvement of West Medicine Lake Drive. He reported that the revised estimate for the construction of ;,'est Medicine Lake Drive from. County Road 9 to 49th Avenue North, as of April 15th, 1967, would be approximately 145,770.00. ThLe estimate is for an interim 7 ton roadway. In the event a 9 tors roadway is desired, the cost will increase by 25,000. There is a possibility that we could break sown the cost to build that portion of the road only up to 47th Avenue. Trustee Hunt requested that the lingineer have the estimates for that por W tion of West t edio.ine Lake Drive from County Road 9 to 47th Avenue North available for the May lst meeting. Mr. Ronald Milbrath appeared to question if these costs were based on an 80 foot right-of-way. He stated that if an easement is given, this would be for utilities only. 1 he Lngineer stated that this could possibly be a 66 foot right-of-way with 7 foot easement on either side for slope and utility easements. Engineer's report received on the progress of County Road 18 and the approval of plans for the section north of Uounty Road 10 to the northern boundary of the Village. the beet information avail- able is that this segment is ready for immediate construction. The section from State Highw" 55 to 2'6th Avenue is schedule6 for late 1967 or early 1968 and the int.erc:hangea at County Road 9 and County Road 10 aro presently un0er reviaw so there area no plans for this :segment. It was suggested that a joint meettnP between Mayor Staples and Kayor Honeey of New Nope and members of the Hennepin County flighwsy Uepartment be set up, t art 41t RESOLUTION 6 ORDERING PREP. 0?
