Park Chairman Tony Norris and Sheldon Tart appeared with the Lion's RE: ZVLTFM FOR Club proposal to put in a shelter and a well in Park No. 1. The shelter PARI would provide toilet facilities and water for the park. The Lion's would just put in the well and "ie shell for the shelter. The Village would have to purchase the plumbing fixtures and put in the wiring and plumbing. Thi+ Lion's would like approval of the location of the shelter and the well and authorization to'build the shelter. The Engineer stated that it would cost approximately $500 to run the sewer line into the proposed shelter. It was suggested that this be brought up at the next meeting, at which time estimates o1' the cost for wiring, plumbing, sewer and plumbing fixtures and how much money is in the budget would be available.. It was agreed that the building would be placed on the sand hill and the well drilled at least 50 feet away. e Discussion followed reg ding the financing of park. lands and paying for the park Donde.
