The Building Inspector stated that this property borders on a little pond which had been dredged out. With 'the required 50 toot setback, it wild force the houses back onto the lower portions of the lots near the pond. Norman Jarnes requested a setback waiver of 10 feet on Lot 7, Block 2, Oakwood Hills 2nd Addition. Re Me Balch, representing Baiec Building Systems, appeared re— questing a building permit for a lrarehouse to be located on Lots 23 and 249 Plymouth Gardens. Kre Balch preeented plans for the building and stated, that he had future plans for an office b4ilding to be built in front of this proposed warehouse. The Building Inspector stated that this would be an all steel Butler type building with 4000 square feet and would be used .for storage of construction equipment* kOTION by Trustee Renner, second by Trustee Hunt, to spprove the building permit as requested. Notiou passed by a five aye vote. Carl Wo Johnson requested a permit to move his house now lr'cated at 14114 County Road, 6 to 144.30 County Road 6e The Building Inspector stated that this request is to move this house appro=imate;y one block further east. The property that the house is now located on has been cold. MOTION by Nayor Staples, second by Trustee U'Fallon, to grant a permit to Carl We Johnson to move his house as requested. Motion passed by a five aye vote. Dundee Nursery requested a building permit to construct a 60' i 20' frame storage building on their property located at 16800 State Highway 55. POTION by Mayor Staplea, second by Trustee Hunt, to approve the building permit as requested. Notion passed by a five aye vote. A letter was received from the Building Codes Advisory Committee with their recommendations in regard to sanitary sewer service hookups for residences in the Village of Plymouth. Trustee Renner stated that he had attended the meeting of the :Building Codas Advisory Coamittes and that two points that they wanted to bring out were extra heavy cast iron pipe or D.W.V. g chedule 40 A.B.S. plastic pipe should be used for the rervice cornection. He also stated that many cesspool and septic taWks are connected to the 'first taiuk with clay pipe. In these cases, Ovi line should be torn out and exta•a heavy cant iron pipe put in. his will prevent i6nfiltration into +,.he seer system. Attorney Lefler statod that Ordinance No. 65-lO may noir cover the prob- lem of sanitary sewer service connections. This Oardinanee as passed modifies the Building Codes Advisory Committee's recommended Ordinance in th4t this Ordinance allows a three inch 1#311 with certain limitations on the type of pumping, equipment and prespurieation of the wi#11 casing. RE: HARRY I+'+OBTM ASSFSSXW APPEAL Consulting Engineer Jonestroo stated that apartment buildings were put on a commercial basis for assessments as the newer had to be designed to take case of the density and the trailers will have the same density and should be assessed on a commercial basis. He also stated that 332 a year per unit service charge for trailer courts would be fair and equitable. MOTION by Mayor Staples, second by Trustee O'Fallon, to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 66-259 AN ORDINANCE EBTABLISHING RATES AND CHARGES FOR SANITARY SEt SERVICE with the mobile homeit being charge $32.00 per unit par year on the b=in, of the miTbor of .trailer htmes in place in the court at the commennement of each quarter. Rkyor Staples, Trustees O11+fa1lon, Hunt and Hagen voted aye. Trustee Renner abstained. Motion passed by a four aye vote. The Clerk-Adminietrator reported on the slope of Oakviaw Lane. Ile stated that he atad Jim Olson of Bonest,roo's office and FIngineer Wefald had checked out Mr. Vertnik's complaint and it appeared that the road would have to be cut down ae much as two feet at its deepest point to correct the drainage situation. It was also found that the road align. - mint was incorrect in this ;area and that if the cutting of this road wore to be ur,dertaken, the road should be atraithtened out at that time. Piaycar Staples requested that this ba put on the agenda .for November 14, 1966. The Adminintrator reported on a letter received from North Central Lightweight Aggregate regarding dust ,proofing of West Medicine Lake Drive from County Road 9 to the plant entrance. It was brought out that the last time this was duct proofed, the Village paid $300 of the coot and North uentra.l Lightweight Aggregato paid $500 of the coat.
