VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MIMESSOTA
October 79 1966
Pursuant to due call w d notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held at the Village
Hall on the 7th day of October, 1966, at 7:30 p.m.
Preaent: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt, and the
Village Administrator.
Absent: Trustee Renner.
Mayor Staples reopened the meeting tc consider the proposed asessaments
for the various Village projects.
MOTION by Mayor Staples, second by Tristee Hunt, to adopt RESOLUTION
N0. 66-187, 4 RESOLtRION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT -FOR
M.I.P. SANITARY SEWER PRO.-T%%T (X-108). The following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fa,llon, Hagen and Hunt. Trustee
Renner absent. Notion passed by a four aye vote.
NOTION by Mayor Staples, second by Truntee Hunt, to adopt R.FSOLUTION
N0. 65-1880 A RESOLUTION CONFIRKNG AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSKE NT FOR
GARLAND LANE STORM SEWER (V -B). The following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt. Trustee Renner
absent* notion passed by a four aye vote.
NOTION by Mayor Staples, second 'try Trustee Hunt, to adopt RESOLUTION
N0. 66-189, A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT FOR
PARKER'S LADE STORM SEWER PROJECT (X-97). The following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Tristees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hurt.
Trustee Renner absent. Motion pa:eed by a four aye vote.
MOTION by Mayor Staples, second by Trustee Hunt, to adopt RESOLUTICA
N0. 66-190, A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT MR
RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE VROJWr (X-95). The following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt. Trustee
Renner absent. Motion passed by a four aye vote.
NOTION by Mayor Staples, second by Trustee Hunt, to adopt RESOLUTION
N0. 66-191, A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT FOR
M.I.P. SANITARY SEWER PROJ`EC'T (X-851. The following voted in favor
thereof: Nayir Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt. Trustee
Renner absent. Motion passed by a four aye vote.
MOTION by Mkvor Staples, second by Trustee Hunt, to adopt RESOLUTION
N0. 66-1929 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT FOR
1965 STREET IMPROVEKENT PROJECT (X-65). The following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trusteen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt. Trustee
Renner absent. Motion passed by a four eya vote.
The Clerk-Administrestor requested the Council's permission to une
temporary warrants. NOTION by Mayor Skaples, second by Trustee
0' Fa_' 1 nn. to adopt RESOLUTION NU. 66-193i A RISOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE USE OF WARRANTS TO DEFRAY PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT EXPENSES. The tollow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen
and Hunt. Trustee Renner absent. Notion passed by a four eye vote.

The Clerk -Administrator reported on the bid opening for tk'% Fir*
ergency Vehicle. He stated that they had received only one bid on
the body portion of the vehicle and no bids were received on the truck
portion. The Administrator requested that all bids be rejected and
that we re -advertise for new bids on this veW cle. MOTION by Mayor
Staples, second by Trustee Hagen, to reject all bidu on the Fire ;Dmer-
gency Vehicle avid authorise the Clerk to return the ceIItified check
to the t:idder. Motion passed by a four ayb 'rote. Trwatee Renner absent.
Discu3sion followed on the proposed budget for the Village of Plymouth
for thy+ year 1967. At 2:30 a.m., Trustee Hagen left the meeting due to
illness.
Upon motion made and carried, the meeting was temp^rerily adjourned at
3:00 a.m. until October 8, 1966, at 5:30 p.m.
