VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
October 6, 1966
Pursuant to due gall and notice thereof, a special meeting -f the Village
Council of the Villaga of Plymouth.. Minnesota, was held at the Beat -..on
Heights Elementary School, 12315 S•4ate Highway 55, Ply nouth, Ninneaota,
on the 6th day of October, 1966, at 7:55 o'clock p.m.
Present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Hagen and Hunt, the Village Administrator
and Attorney.
Absent: Trustees O'Fallon and Renner.
PUBLIC HEARING - GARLAND LANE STORM SLYER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Staples for the purpose of
conducting a Public Hearing on the proposed assessment for Garland
Lane Storm Sewer Improvement No. V -B. Mayor Stapler stated that the
Village is paying 40% of the cost of the inbtallation of the storm
sewers. Mayor Staples opened the Hearing to questions snd comments
from the floor. The following appeared:
David Krause, 1625 Garland Lane - Objected.
Charles Behling, 1345 Garland Lane - Objected.
No ane further appeared and Mayor Staples declared the Public Hearing
closed.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Staples for the purpose of
conducting a Public Hearing on the proposed assessment for Parker's
Lake Storm Sewer Improvement No. X-97. Mayor Staples opened the Hearing
to questions u)d comments from the floor. The following appeared:
A. W. Wilbor, 15225-C County Road 15 - Objected and presented a
letter stating his objections.
Reymund Pacyga, 805-C Lanewood lane - Wanted to know if his property
was included in the assessment area.
Mayor Staples called a temporary adjournment. The Hearing was reconvened
and the following appeared:

Wayne Blackman, Wayzata State Bank, presented a letter stating objections
of Mr. H. N. Fitch who owns property south of County Road 15.
No one further appeared and Mayoi Staples declared the Public Hearing Rlosed.

The meting was called to order by Mayor Staples for the purpose of
conducting a Public Hearing on the proposed asseagment for Ridgemount
Avenue Improvement No. X-95. Mayor Staples opened the Heering to
questions and comments from the floor. The following appeared:
Robert Borrett, 11420 Ridgemount Avenue - Objected.
0. T. Holvocson, 12500 Ridgemount Avenue - Objected.
Co A. Anderson, 1924 Columbus Avenue (Owns property at Pineview
and Ridgemount) - Objected.
John Cavanaugh, 114 Vinewood - Requested information.
No one further appeared and Mayor Staples declared the Public Hearing
closed.
PUBLIC HEARING - 1965 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Staples for the Furpos• of
conducting a Public Hearing on the proposed assessment for 1965 Street
Improvement Project X-65. Mayor .staples opened the Learing to questions
and comments from the floor. The following appeared:
Brad Biegler, 4060-A Trenton Lane - Objected.
Ploy Nelson, 4115 Trenton Lane - Objected.
Richard Cameron, 4120-A Trenton Lane - Objected.

The above people gated that they did not want
