Pursuant -to due call and notice thereof, a operial meoting of the Village
Council of t:E Village of P13rnouth, )iinnesota, was held at the Beacon
Heights.. Schools 12315 State Highway 55, Plymouth, 1:inneaota, on the 5th

PUBLIC HEARINGS
Mayor Staples opened the Public Hearing to consider the proposed assedoment
rn11 for Sanitary Sower Projects 66-1A through 66-1I and Trunk No. 6. The
proposed assessment roll was available for viewing in the rear of the
auditoriun.. kz4oa Sta^'ies explained the assessment formu.a as fellows:
7.00 per front foot; $100 per acre with a $50 minimwn charge per parcel;
and 450 unit charge. The front footage charge is adjusted : n those lots

The Administrator was instructed to publ:ciae that unti). January 15, 19671
the Council would entertain petitions for caaa projects in tine sewered
area and would credit the cost of such project, with the cost of the two
inch, 20 foot u'ie, mat to be put on not previously paved roads, He
was further instructed to publicise the 30 day "graab per:.od" in vhich
assessments can be paid off without interest.
Upon motion made and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:45 p.m.
