Mayor Staples requested the Council and audience to rise for a moment
of silent pryer.
NOTION bar Mayor Staples, second by Trustee Runt, to approve the minutes
of the regular meeting of August 15, 19669 notion poaeed W a four aye
vote.
MOTION by Mayor Staples, second by Trwtee Renner, tbet the minutes of
the special meeting of August 299 1966, be amended +, add the phrase..
subject to the Building Inspector's approval" to the Motion to approve
a Non—Intoxicating Malt Liquor License and Cigarette License for the
Hamptc.% Bills Golf Course. Motion passed by a four .ye vote.
