a building permit that the responsibility 'for settlement
of thi building and; reFair of underground utilities shall
be the responsibility of the owners.

Fischer Construction Company appeared to request to excsv,.te gravel
east of Xenium Lane, South o1P I.;*th Avenue, and North of the Linnesota-
h'esterXe Railroad tracks in the South 1/2 of Sectipn 27. `
Mr. Gerald _*verson and Kr. Fischer, stated that they have filled in the
area which they had exc4vated below the permisaryle grade. They would
like to extend the excavatirg area and are applying for a reinstatement
n.f their axcavating permit. ACTION by Acting Player 0' Fallon, second
by Trustee Renner, to reinstate the permit of Fischer Construction
Company for the excavation in this area subject to increasing the bond
from 32,000.00 to $7,000.00 and subject to the "illage Engineer'a
inve3tigation'and approval of the previous excavation.. Motion passed
by a four yea vole. Mayor Staples absent.

on 10th vsnue north, Ithaca Lane and Harbor Lane, and reading as
follows: -
