Fischer, stated that they have filled in the area which they had exc4vated below the permisaryle grade. They would like to extend the excavatirg area and are applying for a reinstatement n.f their axcavating permit. ACTION by Acting Player 0' Fallon, second by Trustee Renner, to reinstate the permit of Fischer Construction Company for the excavation in this area subject to increasing the bond from 32,000.00 to $7,000.00 and subject to the "illage Engineer'a inve3tigation'and approval of the previous excavation..
