A special meeting of the V:.: 3 '. Council was called to or%e by Actin
Mayor Richard O'Fallon at 7:40 p..n.
Present: Acting Kayor O'Fallon,,"Renner, dagen and Hunt the
Village tlAministrator, Attorney, Consl:l ting Engineer bonestroce,
and. Piscsl Agent ,;an,es Olson.
Absent: Mayor Staples.

duced the Medicine Lake Council meinbers. Their concern was the sanitary RE: SAN. 'aPlYM

Mayor Snaith informed the Council that they need one-quarter cubf^ feet

they could hook up and what the approximate cost would. be.
Acting Mayor O'Fallon informed. the Yedicine Lake Council theJ the first

include Medicine Lake's volume needs. Engineer tioneatroo reported that
t-ic Plymouth Village sanitary sewer system in built .for a maxi=n of

residential equivalent connections would be 4,300 under the pros.%lt
setup. The projection figtires show an estimated 4,000 connectigns by
1973. Un%ler the present agreement with Golden Valley, Plymotv.'r, :s
allowed a maximum of three cubic fleet volume.
Acting F ayor O'Fallon stated that the cost of overcizing of the aiwer
mains to facilitate Medicine Lakelo newer should be a joint cooperative
coat to each villaGo and a monthly service chrree would have to be
negotiated. The '',nrineer added that because of the nature of. the Villi:
of M-adlicine Lake, it is very possible that they could obt,nin federal
fundr, for their sanitary sewer project. The Medicine Lake Council was
informed that they would be invited back .for .further e'ie3ausuion after
more icnfortnation was obtained From the Village of Golden Valley.
