Otto Bonestroo. Consulting Engineer, reviewed progress to date on installation
of sanitary sower. On suggestion of Mayor Staples, Mr. Bonestroo agreed to
submit to the Council a monthly progress report. suitab:.c for publication. on
sanitary saver installation. Will also provide to the Councilmen a monthly
progress map*

senitary severe The Consulting Engineer recotxmaded that a minimum 4 inch
babe be established on every road being worked. regardless of the base finding.
Also renonmendeAl applying road mix to gravel roads and plant $nix where found9
with the further reeomnendation that the beat rood conditions would result
frim application of plant mix to all roed3 involved. Stated that the roads
must go through one winter before surfacing to allow cotepaction and settling.

by Trustee O'Fcallon regardiug incorrect rood contours. 1'r. Bonestroo adv13ed
that me Wioles are being set for correctec grades. Fie stated that establishment
of a 4 inch base and road or plant mix surfacing should come close to the estim-
ate biven to the CounZil and the public, but that the cost of grade change wa3
not included. The Consulting Engineer will prepare and submit an estimate of
the whole program of restoration and improvement cf the roads involved in the
sanitary sever installation, as well as the cost of correcting road grades.
