Rd. 10; and Vernon Spencer, 11021 48th Ave. Georgy Meister, 5415 ' achary Lane, stented he was neither in favor nor opnosod. Henry Mitchell, 4700 :aachnry Lane, owner of 40 acres, quest— ioned an area asnesnment rather than a mill rate over the Village, as did 1*irtin Andernon, 10735 48th Ave., owner of 12 acron.
