9325 James Ave. S. Motion passed ttr a five yea vote.

Permit for Lawrence Signs, Inc, - noon sig on kraft building,
MIP. Notion passed by a five yea vete.

programs portioipated in by Plymouth ,youth. MWor Staples oom--
mented that if faoiliUon nre not open to all children in Plymouth
no funds ehoiil.d be given, and that tho Went Medicine Lake Community
Club wlohos to remain a private club.

A discussion was held regarding proposed Ordinance Regulating the RE OR n. ON
Licensing and Sale of Intoxicating Liquors in the Village of Ply- PRIVATE LIQUOR
mouth. ltVor Staples ran thru items which were clarified tpr the LICENSEES
Atltorgey. Following discussion of points brought up by the Counc.,l-
men for consideration, Mayor Staples opened the meeting up to the
floor for such comments as the audience might have. Howard Ryan,
owner and operator of Ryan's Ballroom at Base LFike and holder of a
s6t; up license, described his business and stated his deaire to
ldbntinue operating with a set-up license. Ruth Gordienko, 1901
Oakview Lane, with no direct interest in a liquor license of any
kind, stated that she is in favor of continuing set-up ,licenses for
businesses established ana in good standing, but not issuing new
licenses. The Mayor dire,oted that the matter of the proposed C;rd-
inance be carried over to the April 18 meeting, A discussion en-
sued regarding the status of the sale of the Muntoipal Liquor Store
and method of disposal.
