Estimated cost - 8269500.00 WESTON LANE Mayor Staples turned the Hearing over to Egi 1 Wefald, Village Engem ineer, who explained for the audience the workings of the proposed storm sewer and the financial plan relative to the project. Following -she Engineer's presentation, the Mayor invited memlvrs of the public present who were directly concerned thru possible assees- ment to aek questions and make such comments as they might have. Quello stating Mr. Keller's objections to the proponed impro7ement. Kenneth !A dgran, att- orney, and John Ericson, developer of Fox Chapel Grove Addition, appeared regarding the drainage problem, possible solutions and area of assessment. Mrs. Lempke, 805 Harbor Lmo g appeared in regard to problems allegedly created by the devslopment of Fox Chapel Grove. Mayor Staples irrrited members of the public prosent in regard to the condition of Ridgemount Avenue to mako such comments as they might have. Hobcrt Resat, E.
