Administrator's report received regarding dog control. A resid- ent presented the fol&owing petition with over 200 signatures. About 60 of this signers are dog owners. We the undorsigned believe that Plymouth Village has become a Suburban Community. As such it is no longer possible to allow dogs to rur.. loose. The present ordinance is not satisfactory to protect the citizens from dogs, alone and in packs, who attack. Furthermore* damage to property such as shrubs, gar- d.•„s, otoo and general nuisance conditions are impossible to control tar individual citizens. MISCELLANEOUS Trustee Hunt brought up the matter of whether the Plymouth Munic- ipal Liquor Store showed a profit or loss for 1965* contending that the store operated at a net loss of 52,615.00 as, by ordin- ance, the interest due must be paid out of the Operating Fund, The Attorney explained that the interest payment was borrcwed from the Capital Fund. Trustee O'Fallon stated that the article ap- pearing in the "i'Vmouth Voter" regarding operation of the Liquor Stcta was based on information made available to bin at that time as compiled by the George M. Hansen Co., Certified Public Acoount- ants. Mayor Staples quoted from the Municipal Liquor Operating Fund Statement of Income and Reserve, year ending December 31, 1965s He advised tho Counoll and audience that the next issue of the Plymouth Voter" will be publiehed before the March 29 speoial elso- tion, and that an article by him will appear in the paper. 34 EXCAV.
