August 9. 1965 Pursuant to doe call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, was duly held at the Village Hail on the nth dad of August, 1965 at 7:30 o'clock F.H. Present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Sevionr, the Village Clerk and Ehgineer. Absent: Trustee Humphrey, Mayor Staples called the ueting to order. In the absence of a clergran to give an invocatory prayer, Mayor Stapler requested the Council and audience to rise for a moment cif silent prayer, Copies of the minutes of the reSul4r meeting of August 2, 1965 " mailed to each Cou tcilaan were approved, Bids were received knd opened in accordance'vith official Bids for Ridge - publication for grading, grave* base and asphaltic concrete paving of mount Ave. Improv, Ridgemount Avenue, from Teakwood lane to County Roast ?3s in accordance with plans and specifics tions provided by the Village Eingineer as follow: BIDDER TJ AL.BID Carl Bolander A Sons 5119,065.18 % Bed Bond attached Alex adcr Cant. Motion seconded by Trustce OlFallon and passed by all Council members present voting aye. Notion made by Trustee 09t412on that all bids submitted for the improvement of Ridgemount Road be refered to the Village Tungineer rad that bis recocomendations as to the bid to be accepted be presented to the -Village Council at its regular meeting on August 16, 1965. Motion seconded by Trustee Ourtis and passed by all Council members present voting aye.
