ded by Trustee Curtis and upon vote being taken thereon the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and

Motion made by Trustee Curtis that checks listed on
the May 10, 1965 Disbursement Statement covering Debt Service,_
Fund in the amount of $4,699.80 be approved. Motion seconded
by tlayar Staples and passed by al]. Council members present voting
aye.
Payment of regular checks as of May 10, 1965 for the above
accounts are numbered 4715 through 4820 and total $600607.84.
Motion made by Trustee Curtis that Plumbing and Seger
Installation licenses, Class pot" and "P", numbered,381 through 387
be approved. Notion seconded by Mayor Staples and passed by all
Council members present voting aye.
Notion made by Trustee Curtis that Sign Pe_ -snits to 3N
National Advertising Company numbered 253 through #256 - for the year
1965 to approved. Notion seconded by 'Trustee aeviour and passed by
all Council members present voting aye.
Mr. Richard Weiblen, attorney, appeared, representing a
group of residents on Evergreen Lane am -W 2bth Avenue North with
refere=nce to a 'dredging project beim done by Bernard }seller. A
considerable amount of discussion was held as Xr. Meller had re-
ceived a permit agreeing to the dredging by the State Conservation
Board,. Notion made by Trustee Curtis that the Village Attorney
direct a letter to the Minnesota Sate Conservation Board requesting
that 11r. Heller's permit for the dredging of the lake area be re-
voked,, as i'U was felt tlat dredging of the lake in the area would
creat,is a road hazard as well as the possibility of undermining the
base of the road; also that a letter be directed to Hr. Heller
statbrg she identical facts to him. Motion seconded by Trustee
Seviour and passed by all Council me..bers present voting aye.
Nr. Kindseth, Chairman of the Planning Ccamission, appear6d
to di„cuss the drainage problem from Pomerleau Lake east to Bass Laxe
and than continuing t#) County Road 18, which is to be further con-
siderod by the Council.

indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council lbsolution
adopted February 1, 1965.
The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such imprcvenents. •
