Company, Inc'. for a 28000 GVW Custom A11-vheel Urive Trusk and One -Way
Plow and wing has been made at a total cost of $15.9725.00 and that pay
meat for said W. phase has been negotiated with the Public Works Equipment
Companj, Jle. and b.greed to by them as fu lows:
7,862.50 to be due and payable %M or before thirty days
after receipt of delivery of said t ruck and upon receipt
of invoice covering said purchase;
7,86.2.50, the balance of the purchase price, to be paid
c.n or before one ytiar from acceptance of delivery of the
trucks at no interest charge.
Motion fcr adoption of the foregoing resolution was drily
seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol-

be submittco to the Village, Council fur7 consideration for
establishing a Building Codes Violation bureau.
Motioi ma3e by Trustee Curtis that a proposal to rs*Ver:

and bids. Motion seconded by trustee Humphrey and pass^d by all
Council members voting aye.
Lotion rade by Trustee O'Fallon thd. Disbursement Checks
dated Dduotmber 15, 1964 for the Plymouth Municipal Liquor Store

Motion secomied by Mayor Staples and passed by all Council members
voting aye.
Motion mads by Trustee Clifford that Regular Check #1 85,
payable to Brauer Associates, Inc. in the amount of X364.00 b
approved. lotion seconded by Trustee Humphrey and passed by all
Cruncil members voting aye.
Motion made by Trustee O'Fallon that a placard bt pre-
pared showing the div-1sion of Real Estate Taxea received by the
Village of Plymouth as to the State, County, School List: cuts, and
tillage, and that said placard be on display in the Village! !tall.
Motion seconded by 'Trustee Curtis and pas3ed by all Council, members
voting aye.
Motion made by TrLstee O'Fallon that a plaque'be pre-
pared designatin; the dates of the term of office held by Trustee
Clifford and presented to him. Motion oeconded by Trustee Humphrey
and passed by all Council members voting a;te.
Words of commendation were made by Mayor Staples and all
Councilman, to Trustee Clifford, whose tem as a Trustee of the
Village of Plymouth expires on Ueeember 31, 1964, for his coopera-
tion in nalcin,G; decisions in all of the probiema before the Council
durirt; his term of office.
Notion made by Trustee vlifford that a letter be directed
to E. H. Undemarin as a member of the Plymouth Village PLinn!M
Commission, accepting his resignation as a masbor of the Commission
and thanking him for his services and cont.ibutions in decisions
to the accomplishments made by the P anniiW, Commission during his
lengthy teirm of office. Motion seconded by 'Trustee O'Fallon and
passed by all Council members voting aye.

Lnprovrnnent Honds Debt Service Fund be closed as of December 31,
1564, as all bonds have been reduemed and that any credit or de-
ficit to this Fund be transferred to the 1961 Road .Improvenent
Bonc',s Debt Service Fund. Motion seconded by Kayor Staples and
paused by all Cauncil members votinr,? aye.
Motion made by 'Trustee Chrtis that the 1961 Street lm
proveatent Construction Fund be closed and that any funds necessary
t.o hilance the account by transferred from the 1961 Street Improve -
count iionds "Series B" Debt Service 11u id a Motion seconded by Trus-
tee O'Fal.lon and passed by all Council inemberu voting aye.
