M. . Presents Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, Humphrey and Piifford, the V{{ lie Clerk, Engineer and Attorney. Absent t Trustee O'Fallon. - Mayor Staples called the meeting to order. Due to the absence of a clergyman to give wi invocatory . prayer, Mayor Staples r2qu993ted the Council and audience to rise for a moment of silent prayer. Copies of the minutes of the regular meeting of December 71 1964 as Trailed to each,Councilman, were approved. Motion made by Trtntee Humphrey that the bid submitted 3n AU- Aeel° Or. December 7, 1964 by the Public Works Equipment Co.)for an All -feel Truck, Plow, Drive Truck, Plow and Wing be accepted, total bid price being $16,100 & Wing Bid' - with a trade-in allowance of $2.375, the net amount of the bid being Rccepted. 15025.
