EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING Ef OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF j PLYIDUTR, MINNESOTA t± Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special mating of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on i; the 8th day of October, 1970 commencing at 7:30 P.M. at the Beacon ;i Heights Elementary; School, 12315 High!.tay #55. Minneapolis, Minnesota. The following members were present: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. The following member was absent: Mayor Hilde. I tet* #+t« •rt Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 70-416 (Levy #5109) A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION CHARGES f i' WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.271,M.S.A.. the Weed Inspector of the Villages of Plymouth has caused the destruction and 1 eradication of noxious weeds on certain lands within said Village; and WHEREAS, the affected property owners were served with the proper j notices and verified and itemized statements of the cost of all services rendered in connection with such destruction and eradication have properly submitted and filed all as provided by law; and WHEREAS, attached hereto is a statement of such expenses against the lands in'question, which expenses are to be entered as a tax upon such land. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That such statament of expenses of eradication and destruction of noxious weeds against each of the lands set out in such statement is hereby confirmed and certified to be true and correct. 2. That the Village Finance Director is directed to deliver a copy of such statement together with a certified copy of this Resolution to the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, *a provided by law. (Ran. No. 70-416) The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being F taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, j Hintz, Kindsech and Spaeth.
