3.08 No dispensary merchandise shall be sold one redit# but cheeks may be
accepted in payment, in the discretion of the dispensary manger,
for the purchase price.
3.09 The dispensary shall be kept in a clam and sanitary Condition eo6
shall be inspected by the 0selth Officer of the Village at least

3.10 As seen as possible following the class of each fiscal year, the
ouneil shall obtain an audit of the accounts of the dispensary by
the public miainor or a qualified public accountant.
3.11 Any osployoo of the dispensary who willfully violates any of the
provisions of this erdisanse or any Lw roUUnS to gambling or the
sale of liquor or beer shall be disetrrgds and such discharge shall
not relieves him at any penalty provided by Section 6 of this erdia noo.

5.01 No liquor shall be sold at retail in the Village except at the dispan—

retail sal* of beer for the purpose of purchasing Or having delivered
to him any liquor or beer.
5.03 He miner shall consume liquor or purdhas*, a ttempt to purchase or
have another purehase for him ary Intoxicating liquor.
