Mayor Staples gave a resume of same of the past sativlties of the Council. He stated that the Sanitary : ewer Program is one of the most important and that he felt that the Griseus Sewar Study Committee is doing a superb job and when they ogee up with their-eports he felt It would be supported by the citizens. He also stated the t he felt there was a need for some recreational services and that the Park Commission# Council Camtittees aced Planning Commission will sons cosec forth with a vary definite program. He stated that the Zoning Coumaittee of the Planning Commission will have the proposed 7ming Plan to submit within a eoupld of months. He further said that the Citizens Committee an Government Revision will submit a report shortly# according to Mr. Nobles Chairman. Mayor Staples also stated that with the organisation of the Business Development Gomaittees they could greatly assist in obtaining additional business interests in the Village and that this Committee would very likely finally develop into a Chamber of Commerce in the V411- a of Plymouth. He continued that he feels that many of the things that have been started and organised during the first six months will become r ealities before the end of the year.
