Pursuant to due tail and notice thereof a Regul•r Meeting of
the Village Council of the village of Plymouth, Vinnesotas was duly held
at the Villa;,e Hall on the tet day of Junes 9964• at 7130 o'clock P. M.
Presents Payor Staples, Trustees Curtiss O'Fallon awn H%cphreys
the Village Clerks Attorney and En_inneor. Abserd,n Trustee Clifford.

Due t- the unavailability of a clergyman to give an invocatory
prayers Maye= Staples xequested that the Council and audience rise for a
moment of silent prayer.
Copies of the minutes of the regular meetin; of May iS, 1964,
as mailed to each Councilman, wenn ark:roved subject to the following
corrections on the last page of tme minutes in the 1^-st motion ,cads*
the address should be corrected from 12620 County Road 9 to 23820
County !Road 9.
The unstion of the issuanrce of a permit for an addition to
the barn to Don Johnson on his premises at 055 Revere Lane was consid-
ered. On June 1, .'ia. Johnson called the Villa::e Clark an the phone
and informed him that they would not on attanding the meeting as they
had been re:u•sted to do as they Vere acquiring 17 to 20 acres of land
further west in as Village and that their present property is now up
for sale aaxd that there will be no necessity for lssuance of a permit
as whey had previously requested. Mrs. Johnson stated it is their in-
tertion to apply for a permit as soon as their purchase is completed
ara it is their haps to oe in their new residence by Au;ust 151 and
that they would move the horses to the new premises as soon as arran;>o-
menta have been made for Lakin;; care of them. Upon this information,
the matter was considered closed.

Notion made by Trustee Curtis that final approval be given to
the plat at Meadow Lawn ".states 2nd Additions Bryce B. Johnson# develop-
ers subject to the execution of the Uavelopaent. Coftraots approval of
the final plat by the Village Lnginears and the receipt of a $500.00
certified check for perfotsance requirements under the contract. K"Im

George C. Oubbins was present to discuss his request for
rezoning his property at Jimkirk ;ane anti Horth of County Road 9 for a
Mobile Home Ttrailar Park. ter. Gu ,bins presented a plat showing a layout
of the proposed trailer park and stated it is platted out for 327
trailers# each oceupyin=, an area of approximately 37-1/2 ft. x 90 ft.
It is proposed to invest approximately $300#000.00 in the project and
they would install t<lneir own water and sanitation system. After addi-
tional dlsonssicn# the following motion was adopted% potion ands by
Trustee Curtis that the tatter oe held in abeyance until a written -
report is submitted to the Council by the Planning Cacmiecion as to
their reeamnensdatienss which the Plannlnnf, Commission has agreed to sub-
mit. Notion seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and passed bus all Council
